Med-X’s highly skilled Transportation Coordinators are available 24/7 to assist you in making the right choice for transportation. Transportation arrangements can be made by phone, fax or internet enabled device.

Med-X recruits, credentials and manages a nationwide network of transportation providers. All network providers are properly insured and licensed. To maintain the integrity of our network, Med-X never utilizes independent drivers or taxi services. This is a feature that Risk Managers appreciate.

Med-X’s Transportation Network also provides at no extra cost:

• At least 2 confirmation phone calls to the patient, once when arrangements are made and the evening before transport. (if transport arrangements are made more than 24 hours in advance.)
